2023 DIRECTV Care and Distribution Center Bargaining Report #8 2/6/2023 

After many hours of research, your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today and presented a counter-proposal to their benefits package. Based on reactions from the company, they are not pleased with our proposal, but we have countered their proposal with a benefits package that is fair for our members. We continue to discuss wages, and we are working long hours to draft a proposal to consider the rising costs in our economy and provide increases to help offset its impact on our members. We assured the company that we want to structure a package that will make employment with DirecTV a company that current employees will enjoy, and potential employees will find more attractive.

 Now, more than ever, we need your participation in the mobilization activities this week to show the company we all stand united as one for a fair contract. Time is running out! Let’s show the company we mean business, and we’re not backing down.
