2023 DIRECTV Care and Distribution Center Bargaining Report #9 2/9/2023 

Your DirecTV Bargaining Committee met with the company multiple times yesterday. In response to the company’s meager wage increase proposal, we countered with a wage scale more in line with the wages we deserve to earn because want to see our brothers and sisters compensated for the work they do. We continued to have lengthy discussions about our concerns around the grievance process, improvements to funeral leave, and benefits, as these were all important areas to the members. We have had success in how personnel records will be kept and updated. 

The DirecTV bargaining committee sends a big “Thank You!” to the AT&T Mobility committee for providing lunch for us this week. 

Our contract expires tomorrow, and we must continue to stand united as one to make the company feel the pressure. Mobilize, Mobilize, Mobilize!!
