2023 Mobility Bargaining Report #5
2023 Mobility Bargaining Report #5
2/1/2023 Today your bargaining committee had discussions about proposals the company had passed across the table. The bargaining committee (dressed in all black) met with the company late in the evening and presented additional proposals for our members regarding vacation, solutions for working from home, holiday scheduling, improving scheduling notifications, and creating a virtual call center Working Relations Committee (WRC). We continue to stress the importance of a work-life balance daily.
We loved seeing all the photos of everyone dressed in black throughout the District. We can assure you that we are here for you because of you and will FIGHT for you. We appreciate your support. Keep mobilizing, and as always..stay union strong!!
In unity,
Your Bargaining Committee,
Mindy Boldon, Local 3108
Karen Nagjee, Local 3204
Tammy Harmon, Local 3406
Rodney Hughes, Local 3607
Andee Hubbard (Co-Chair)
