2023 Mobility Bargaining Report #8
2023 Mobility Bargaining Report #8 2/6/2023
Today your Bargaining Committee met with the company multiple times until late in the evening. We passed proposals to the company to address concerns from our members about the number of company-owned retail stores remaining in our District. Ensuring all jobs are protected is a top priority for the committee because job security is now more critical than ever. We also spoke about our Integrated Sales Support Reps and In-Home Solution Reps from the IHX Department, who are union members only in NC…for now! We are working to ensure all IHX members and those we are still organizing will have protection in areas such as quota relief, pay, and benefits once they join our union. We continue to have passionate discussions about title upgrades for our Customer Service members who are being asked to go above and beyond their job titles each and every day.
A special thank you to CWA Local 3603 for a HUGE basket of over 100 lollipops! We thought there was nothing we loved more than lollipops until a care package from CWA Local 3406 arrived! We devoured the homemade pecan candy!! The personalized notes and love gift bags were filled with so much Louisiana love we had to take a snack break! Thank you! Thank you!!!!
We ask that you please stay union strong. We love the pictures. Please keep up the efforts, and as always….stay union strong!!
