Su Comité Negociador se reunió nuevamente con la compañía demostrando su
compromiso y disponibilidad para llegar a un acuerdo entre las partes antes de la expiración del
Convenio vigente, el 24 de febrero de 2023. El Comité entregó contrapropuestas que responden a
los siguientes: Art. 11 y LOA 1, que están destinados a resolver parte de los reclamos de la
matrícula.
Con una mirada optimista al futuro, hemos podido llegar a varios acuerdos tentativos
entre las partes que responden a los siguientes: Art. 10, Art. 15, Art. 6, Art. 4 y Art. 21. Su
Comité Negociador está 100% comprometido para obtener un Convenio Justo para todas las
partes. El Comité Negociador cuenta con tu apoyo y movilización para lograrlo.

Your Bargaining Committee met again with the company, demonstrating its commitment
and availability to reach an agreement between the parties before the expiration of the current
Agreement on February 24th, 2023. The Committee delivered counter proposals that address the
following: Art. 11 and LOA 1, which are intended to solve part of the claims our members have
presented.
With an optimistic view for the future, we have been able to reach several tentative
agreements between the parties that respond to the following: Art. 10, Art. 15, Art. 6, Art. 4 and
Art. 21. Your Bargaining Committee is 100% committed to reach a Fair Agreement for all
parties. The Bargaining Committee counts on your support and mobilization to achieve it.
