Su Comité Negociador se reunió con la Compañía durante el día de ayer, demostrando su disponibilidad 24/7, y con miras en obtener un Convenio Justo y antes de su expiración. Su Comité sometió cuatro (4) propuestas sobre: Art. 21, Art. 1, LOA 3, además de un artículo de nueva creación, que han sido parte de los reclamos de la matrícula. Por su parte, la Compañía nos entregó contra propuestas que están siendo cautelosamente evaluadas por el Comité.
Ambas partes han presentado varias propuestas y contrapropuestas que totalizan veintidós (22) intercambios. Oportunamente, hemos logrado llegar a 7 acuerdos tentativos que responden a Art. 10, Art. 15, Art. 6, Art. 4, Art. 21, LOA 1, Art. 25
. Su Comité tiene el compromiso y la disponibilidad de llegar a un Convenio Justo para ambas partes, es decir, que salvaguarde los beneficios adquiridos por las generaciones anteriores. Ya estamos a solo siete días para la expiración de nuestro convenio actual, y aún la Compañía no ha querido reconocer la urgencia que amerita el lograr un Convenio Justo antes de su expiración. Demostremos, en unidad y movilización, a la Compañía que la CWA - Local 3010 están aquí para quedarse.

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company yesterday, demonstrating its 24/7 availability, and looking to obtain a Fair Agreement before its expiration. Your Committee submitted four (4) proposals on: Art. 21, Art. 1, LOA 3, in addition to a newly created article, which is part of the claims members had presented. From its part, the Company submitted counter-proposals that are being carefully evaluated by the Committee.
Both parties have submitted various proposals and counter-proposals totaling twenty-two (22) exchanges. Timely, we have managed to reach 7 tentative agreements that respond to Art. 10, Art. 15, Art. 6, Art. 4, Art. 21, LOA 1, Art. 25.
Your Committee is willing and committed to reach a Fair Agreement for both parties, that is, one that safeguards the benefits acquired by previous generations. We are only seven days away from the expiration of our current agreement, and yet the Company has not wanted to recognize the urgency of reaching a Fair Agreement before its expiration. Let's show, in unity and mobilization, to the Company that the CWA - Local 3010 is here to stay.
