Su Comité Negociador se reunió con la Compañía durante el día de hoy, demostrando su disponibilidad 24/7, y con miras en obtener un Convenio Justo y antes de su expiración. Por nuestra parte fueron sometidas tres (3) propuestas sobre los siguientes: Art. 21, Art. 12 y un artículo de nueva creación, que pretenden resolver varios reclamos de la matrícula. Por su parte, la Compañía nos entregó contra propuestas que están siendo cautelosamente evaluadas por el Comité Negociador. También hemos podido llegar a varios acuerdos tentativos que responden al Art. 1 y Art. 5.
En gestiones por proteger los derechos adquiridos a través de las luchas y negociaciones y en defensa de nuestro derecho de reconocimiento y movilización, la CWA ha radicado cargos contra la Compañía en la Junta Nacional de Relaciones del Trabajo. Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today, demonstrating its 24/7 availability, and looking forward to obtaining a Fair Agreement before its expiration. From our part, three (3) proposals were submitted on the following: Art. 21, Art. 12 and a newly created article, which seeks to solve various claims from our members. From their part, the Company submitted counter proposals that are being carefully evaluated by the Negotiating Committee. We have also been able to reach several tentative agreements that respond to Art. 1 and Art. 5.
In efforts to protect the rights acquired throughout years of struggle and bargaining, as well as, to defend our rights to mobilize and get recognized, the CWA have filed charges against the Company at the National Labor Relations Board. We are approaching the point where we must forcefully demonstrate our unity, please contact your mobilizer for more information.
