Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiation with Liberty Mobile February 24th, 2023 Bargaining Report #6

Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiation with Liberty Mobile February 24th, 2023 Bargaining Report #6

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company yesterday, February 23, 2023, demonstrating its 24/7 availability, and with a view to obtaining a fair agreement before expiration. Liberty is not spending enough time negotiating with the Union, and that has kept us, both, from reaching a final tentative agreement. In other words, Liberty drags its feet and does not give the importance that these negotiations deserve by limiting the frequency of them.

However, your Bargaining Committee has submitted a total of 16 proposals that aim to resolve the claims from our members, 6 of which have not been answered by the Company. At the moment we have a total of 11 articles as Tentative Agreements.

Your Bargaining Committee continues with full availability, including Saturdays and Sundays. However, the Company and the Union reached an Extension Agreement to the 2019 Labor Agreement for a term of 31 days, which means that this agreement remains in full force and effect.

For this reason, now more than ever, we have to continue our mobilization. We will not give in to a company that cares little about the collective bargaining process. Let's keep showing Liberty that Local 3010 will continue forward.

In the same way, we want to thank you for the support you have given us during these days. We offer a round of applause to everyone in all areas because you deserve it.

In Unity,

Your Bargaining Committee
