CWA D3 PR-AT&T MOBILITY BARGAINING REPORT #12

Dear brothers and sisters:
Your CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Friday to continue discussions. In the morning, the Union passed a Comprehensive Proposal Package to address all the members needs and concerns.
Late in the afternoon, the Company rejected CWA’s proposal and passed a third Proposal Package. Even when the Company is slowing moving away from certain concessions demands, we are still too far away to reach a Tentative Agreement. Therefore, both parties agree to an extension to the current contract, meaning that the Collective Bargaining Agreement is still in effect.
We are schedule to meet tomorrow morning.
Your mobilization has paid off so let’s keep the solidarity and the mobilization going on!

Queridos hermanas y hermanos;
Su Comite Negociador de CWA se reunió hoy con representantes de la Compañia para continuar las negociaciones hoy. En la mañana, la Unión pasó un Paquete Comprensivo de Propuestas que buscan atender todas las quejas de nuestros miembros y sus preocupaciones.
Luego a última hora en la tarde, la Compañía rechazó la propuesta de CWA y presentó un tercer Paquete de Propuestas. Aún cuando la Compañía se está moviendo lentamente y dejando atrás ciertas consesiones, ambas partes estamos lejos de lograr un Convenio Colectivo Tentativo. Por lo cual, acordamos una extensión al Convenio Colectivo actual. Esto significa que nuestro Convenio Colectivo sigue en efecto.
Estamos pautados para reunirnos mañana sábado en la mañana.
Su movilización ha dado resultado, CONTINÚEN CON SU SOLIDARIDAD Y CONTINÚEN LA MOVILIZACIÓN.

Estaremos reuniéndonos mañana 22 de febrero de 2019, fecha en la que expira nuestro Convenio Colectivo.
