CWA D3 PR-AT&T MOBILITY BARGAINING REPORT #15

ENGLISH VERSION

Dear sisters and brothers:

Today, both parties decided not to have a formal bargaining session, but rather to have extensive informal meetings and discussions with the intention of closing the gap that still exists between both the Union and the Company.  We will resume talks tomorrow and are tentatively scheduled to meet in the afternoon. 

We appreciate the support from our membership in the constant mobilizations that have taken place throughout the week.  Including the group of retail sales consultants from the Puerto Rico northern area who, in a show of solidarity, they had an initiative to placed stickers in their personal vehicles alluding to our struggle for a fair collective agreement.  We also want to thank the CWA District 3 members that showed their solidarity today during their District Meeting!

We are moving forward NEVER backwards. We are AT&T 2020! Pa'Lante Siempre!

Queridos hermanas y hermanos:

Durante el día de hoy ambas partes decidieron no celebrar una sesión formal de negociación, aunque si hubo reuniones informales con la intención de cerrar la brecha que aún existe entre las partes.  Las conversaciones se retomarán mañana y tenemos coordinado tentativamente reunirnos en la tarde. 

Apreciamos el apoyo a todos nuestros miembros por las constantes movilizaciones que han realizado durante toda la semana incluyendo el grupo de vendedores del área norte de Puerto Rico que en muestra de solidaridad y bajo su propia iniciativa colocaron en sus vehículos personales pegatinas alusivas a nuestra lucha por un convenio colectivo justo.  También agradecemos a los compañeros del Distrito 3 de CWA por su apoyo en la conferencia del distrito que se celebra esta semana.
