CWA D3 PR-AT&T MOBILITY BARGAINING REPORT #26

ENGLISH VERSION

Dear sisters and brothers:

Today, your CWA Bargaining Team and the Company met.  In less than 24 hours the Company rejected our last proposals, that included substantial wage increases, changes to our chargebacks languages, limitations on subcontracting and other changes based on the almost 1,000 suggestions we received from our members.  The Company then presented a new “package proposal” that continues to be an insult to our members that helped bring the amazing $45 billion in revenue to AT&T.  Still, the package made some minor improvements compared to previous proposals.  We are reviewing the full package, we didn’t have enough time to review the previous package, along with the explanation that they gave us.  We will keep reviewing some of the data that we have received from the Company and in the next few days we will share with you some of the deficiencies of this new “package”.

Let’s keep demonstrating that We won’t back down in our quest for job security, fair wages, affordable health care and retirement security.  We showed today many of the videos of the members demonstrating solidarity in retail stores and in the call centers.  The Company was shocked at the amount of videos that we shared.  We showed them that LOCAL 3010 DOES NOT SURRENDER!  Keep asking your manager and AT&T: Where’s The Fairness? Show us! We are Moving Forward Never Backwards! Pa’Lante Siempre!

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

27 de abril de 2019

Queridos hermanos y hermanas:

Pregúntale a su gerente: AT&T: Where’s The Fairness? ¡Muéstranos! ¡Pa'Lante Siempre!
