Dear Sisters and Brothers,

Today the parties continued having productive meetings on the main issues that remain on the table.  We have had some advancements in several topics but wages, health care and most importantly Job Security remain open and are the key items.  

Thanks your mobilization efforts, the gap is closing and some progress has been made.  Please continue to mobilize and let’s keep telling AT&T that we want a fair contract.  We want to have a fair union contract with AT&T Mobility.  Working people deserve job security, fair wages, affordable healthcare, and retirement security.  

Let’s show the company we are serious about our contract!  Get involved and contact your union steward, your Local leadership and your CWA bargaining committee if you have questions.  We are Moving Forward Never Backwards! Pa’Lante Siempre!  AT&T: Where is the Fairness? Show us!

Queridos hermanas y hermanos:

Hoy las partes continuaron teniendo reuniones productivas sobre los principales temas que permanecen sobre la mesa.  Hemos tenido algunos avances en varios asuntos, pero los salarios, el plan médico y, lo más importante, la seguridad de empleo, siguen abiertos y son los elementos principales en esta ronda de negociación.

Gracias a todos sus esfuerzos de movilización, la brecha se está cerrando y se han logrado algunos avances. Continúe movilizándose y sigamos diciéndole a AT&T que queremos un contrato justo.  Los trabajadores merecen seguridad laboral, salarios justos, atención médica asequible y seguridad de jubilación.

¡Apreciamos todo el apoyo y la solidaridad que han mostrado cada uno de nuestros miembros!
