CWA D3 PR-AT&T MOBILITY BARGAINING REPORT #5

Dear brothers and sisters:
The Company and your CWA Bargaining Team met today. The Union presented proposals on Article 9, Arbitration; Article 3, Classification of Employees; Article 20, Travel and a new Agreement on Call percentage guarantee. In addition, the Union submitted counterproposals for, Article 18, Union Activities; and LOA (Letter of Agreement) on Mandatory Meetings. 

Both parties reached a tentative agreement on Article 18, Union Activities and Article 20, Travel. The Company presented counterproposals on LOA 9, Expedited Fast Track Resolution Process For Discipline Cases Only; LOA 10, Informational Aid Surplus and LOA 2, Personnel Record. We are scheduled to meet tomorrow morning.  

We appreciate all the support and the solidarity our members have shown!  Remember that the strike vote is still going on! Please contact your steward, mobilizer or local 3010 (787-282-0714) if you have any question regarding the much needed vote.  

Let the company know, loud and clear that we are not accepting any TAKE BACKS! We are moving forward NEVER backwards. We are AT&T 2020! Pa'Lante Siempre!

La Compañía y su Equipo de Negociación de CWA se reunieron hoy.  La Union presentó propuestas, sobre el Artículo 9, Arbitration; Artículo 3, Classification Of Employees, Artículo 20, Travel y una Carta de Acuerdo Nueva para garantizar llamadas en los centros de trabajo.  Además, la Union presentó contrapropuestas sobre Artículo 18, Union Activities y LOA (Carta de acuerdo) Mandatory Meetings. 

Ambas partes llegaron a un acuerdo tentativo sobre el Artículo 18, Union Activities y el Artículo 20, Travel.  La Compañía presentó contrapropuestas sobre el LOA 9, Expedited Fast Track Resolution Process For Discipline Cases Only; LOA 10, Informational Aid Surplus y LOA 2, Personnel Record. Tenemos acordado reunirnos mañana en la mañana.
