CWA Mobility Bargaining Report #5
We met with the Company again today for our 5th bargaining session. The Company passed a proposal on Arbitration and counterproposals on Holidays, Personnel Records and on Non-Discrimination. We “TA’d” the counterproposal on Non-Discrimination – our first Tentative Agreement of this round of bargaining. We are meeting again tomorrow when we hope to get a Benefits proposal from the Company that we can work with and not reject.
Great thanks to Local 3102 and Local President Philip Farruggio for supplying lunch from the Olive Garden.
