CWA D3 ATT Southeast Bargaining Report #8

Bargaining continues! Most proposals have been put on the table by the Company and CWA.

At present CWA has passed forty proposals that would enhance the contract and enrich the lives of our members. The company has passed twenty five proposals most of which would be retrogressive to what is already in the contract.

Some headway has been made with contract language, memorandum of agreements and letters.

Subcommittees have been have been formed and assigned to the areas of the contract on the more difficult issues and thoroughly dissect each.

We expect to have a more detailed and thorough report next week outlining progress that has been made.

The company has notified CWA they are preparing to rejustify the ESM numbesr through riding exercises in the near future. Everyone should remain focused on working safely and working to the rule.
