CWA D3 ATT SE Bargaining Report #5
The Company continues to pass retrogressive proposals that burdens CWA and it’s members such as:
- Limiting paid sick days to five (5) per calendar year without any change to seniority eligibility
- Removing language which allows for a freebie in consumer and allows the company to discipline on the first occurrence.
The company rejected the following Union proposals:
- Adding MLK Jr. day as a specified holiday
- Adding an additional optional holiday
- Adding an additional flexible excused work day
- Changing all C towns to B towns
- Changing all B town to A towns
