CWA D3 ATT SE Utilities Bargaining Report #3

Your Utilities Bargaining committee met today with AT&T Company representatives today and continued to get the same answers from the company about any improvements in the contract.

The company rejected Union proposals on increasing Personal Days, layoff allowances, differential for operating Directional Boring Rigs, and placing Utility Operations employees in the BST contract. They also passed a revised proposal to add a Temporary Employee Classification. They said they were still considering other proposals we have passed.

The Union did not have any new proposals to present.

Your committee will continue to work on proposals and responses to the company proposals. Updated reports will be issued after we meet again
