Day 1 Mobility Bargaining Report

The Bargaining Committee met with the company today Monday, January 29, 2018. Both the company and Union made opening statements to start this round of negotiations. The Union proposed improvements in the following areas; weather related absences, holidays, travel, company- union relationship, exchange time, and observations. The company acknowledged our proposals and stated they would take them under consideration. The company passed a regressive proposal on absences. The company also proposed a benefits package that the bargaining committee is currently reviewing. We would like to thank Local 3212 for the goodies sent in support of the bargaining committee!
