DIRECTV SE Field Services Bargaining Report #6
We are pleased to announce we have reached a Tentative Agreement on a new four-year contract.
The agreement contains significant gains for our members, including wage increases and reductions in monthly medical contributions.
Details on the ratification process will be distributed in the near future.
Here are some highlights of the agreement:
Wages
All employees will receive a general wage increase of 12% (12.55% compounded)
over the life of the contract as follows:

08/30/2026 3.00%
08/29/2027 3.00%
No change to the bottom step and wage increases will be exponentialized throughout the wage progression tables.
Effective May 31, 2026, active employees that are assigned to a Wage Zone B or C location, will be slotted into the closest step of the August 31, 2025, Wage Zone A wage table associated with their current job title that is equal to, but not less than, their current weekly rate as of May 30, 2026.
Effective May 31, 2026, all Wage Zones B and C locations listed in the Appendix A Zone Classification charts will be updated to Wage Zone A locations going forward.
Benefits
Added an additional “Option 3.”
2019 New Hires rolled into the lower 29% cost-share group.
Decreased monthly medical contributions beginning January 1, 2025.

Work Rules:
• Change Wire Technician title to Services Technician
• Add Martin Luther King Day as a paid holiday
• Reduced weekly overtime cap from 14 hours to 12 hours
• Added double time after 54 hours
• Increased meal allowance to $42
• Added language outlining the annual vacation selection process
• Added a scheduling MOA for technicians that provides consecutive days off (Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun, Sun-Mon)
• Added language for a joint labor-management conference to address employee issues
• Added language to limit the contracting of work that would cause layoffs of bargaining unit employees
• Added “coursework” to the Tuition Aid policy
