District 3/ATT Mobility Bargaining - Report #3

Due to the extreme weather in the Atlanta area the bargaining teams did not meet yesterday. However, the Union team worked on proposals and data gathering all day in the hotel work room.

Your Mobility Bargaining committee met this morning with AT&T Company representatives. The Union passed several new proposals including most of the remaining issues identified at the Bargaining Council meeting in November. The company asked numerous questions about the different proposals and stated they would consider them and get back to us with a response.

The Company did not have any new proposals or any responses to our previous ones. They did provide responses to several data requests the Union made previously.

We recessed to review the data provided as well as prepare a few more proposals.

We are scheduled to meet again today at 5pm. The next bargaining report will be tomorrow.
