BARGAINING REPORT 1

August 17, 2026

Today your CWA bargaining committee entered into early bargaining with DTV. This round of bargaining will cover members who work under the DTV SE Care contract. The Company’s team presented a comprehensive medical benefits proposal that we will carefully review and consider. The company’s proposed benefits package will cover 2028-2031. Over the next few days we will thoroughly review the Company’s benefits proposal as well as work on proposals designed to meet the needs of our CWA Call Center and Distribution Center members who work at DTV. We will meet again with the Company’s committee later in the week. We will keep you updated as things progress.
