Boxes of Love

CWA Local 3310 participated in the annual Boxes of Love event December 19-23. This event is sponsored by Local Unions, small businesses in the city and AT&T was one of the companies that donated. We were able to get money from AT&T Pioneers, and AT&T KY State President. Local 3310 had 20 volunteers on day 1 of the event. Those volunteers included union employees and managers. We made 1600 food boxes which fed approximately 9,000 people. The boxes included a ham, canned vegetables, potatoes, cake mix and canned fruit.
