Mobility Bargaining Report – February 11, 2018
DISTRICT 3 MOBILITY BARGAINING COMMITTEE
Bargaining Report – February 11, 2018
The committee met for an extended time today to discuss and prepare a counter-proposal to the company package proposal. Although we are slowly making progress, the company continues to reject proposal after proposal. The committee is dedicated to ensuring we address issues that are most important to our members. Discussions continue to stall around topics such as wages, benefits, and job security. The company has made it vividly clear that our hard work, sacrifices, and dedication to the company means nothing to them. It’s extremely disappointing to know that AT&T is happy to support everyone BUT their employees!! While the committee continues the fight at the table, we ask that you continue to mobilize in your work locations. The company needs to hear our voices loud and clear; WE WON’T BACK DOWN! WE WON’T BACK DOWN! WE WON’T BACK DOWN!
In solidarity,
