Premise Tech Bargaining Report #5

Since the last bargaining session a request for additional information has been sent to the Company and we are awaiting a response. Next week the bargaining team will discuss the information request.

Upon receipt of the requested information the bargaining team will reconvene in Atlanta to formulate a plan to move bargaining forward. We will then request to meet with the Company to resume bargaining.

In the interim we have met on Premise Tech grievances. Needless to say, absent a normal grievance procedure it has been tough going. We were able to settle one termination case and return the Technician to work. We have filed a labor charge on another grievance and are reviewing the remaining grievances on which we have already met and will meet on new grievances next week.
