Premise Tech Bargaining Report #8

Thus far we have had little success with the company. We are reviewing the first installment of the information recently received from the company. However, we are still waiting on the company to supply us with the additional information we have requested. Once all this data has been received we will be in a position to make a new proposal. There have been numerous conference calls at the highest levels but thus far we have been unsuccessful.

Additionally, there is a petition circulating in the field for signatures to be presented to CEO Randall Stevenson. We are also putting together a plan for Prem Tech mobilization activities and will soon roll this out. We will be soliciting support from our bargaining unit members to stand up and participate in some concerted activities to encourage the company to move from their current position at the bargaining table.
