Premise Tech Bargaining Report #9
After discussions with the company regarding the validity of our information request, it appears that we will receive the remaining information very soon.
We had a lengthy conversation with Carlos Munez regarding bargaining, grievances and the basic treatment of Premise Techs which is causing much churn in the workforce.
We did agree philosophically on some basic issues. Now we need to see if we can capture these issues in writing and agree they will become part of a first contract.
Once we receive the requested information we will work with our research team in DC to formulate some new proposals.
We expect to be back at the bargaining table in the near future.
