YP Bargaining Report # 6
Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today and again asked the Company for a compensation plan for 2016 and was informed again that the plan is not ready to be presented.
Your Bargaining Committee spent the day discussing the Company proposal to make changes to the Personal Paid Time policy and reviewing usage data from 2014 for the SE. Also on the table for discussion was the Leave of Absence policy and how it is currently being utilized. No decisions were reached at this time.
The next meeting with the Company is scheduled for August 18th 2015.
