Thus far we have had little success with the company. We are reviewing the first installment of the information recently received from the company. However, we are still waiting on the company to supply us with the additional information we have requested.

A conference call was held with the bargaining team to discuss the status of our information request and how we can move forward at the bargaining table. After weeks of calls, the first installment of our information request will be received right after Labor Day. We have been told that the remainder of the requested information is voluminous and will take more time to compile.

Agreement on Verizon Bargaining Reached

Thanks to our unity and public support for bargaining rights, striking Verizon workers will return to work on Tuesday with the contract back in force and bargaining restructured. I would like to thank all those in District 3 who rallied to support our brothers and sisters in the Northeast and we will continue to support them as bargaining goes forward.
