Reporte #13

            En el día de ayer, 14 de marzo de 2023, se efectuó la reunión #14 entre la Compañía y su Comité Negociador. Por nuestra parte mantuvimos la firmeza que nos ha caracterizado desde el inicio de la negociación demostrando nuestro compromiso con alcanzar un Convenio Justo y no dar marcha atrás a nuestros derechos adquiridos. La Compañía y su Comité Negociador llegamos a varios acuerdos tentativos que responden a los Artículos 13, 22 y un Artículo de nueva creación referente al LOA 12.

            Tenemos acordado reunirnos nuevamente mañana, 16 de marzo de 2023. No es momento de bajar la guardia. Nos encaminamos a una etapa crucial en este proceso de negociación. La compañía sabe que estamos listos y que estamos bien conscientes que el Factor WOW de Liberty somos nosotros. 

            ¡Dejémosle saber que la verdadera MAREA ROJA es inminente!

Bargaining Report #13

            Yesterday, March 14, 2023, meeting #14 between the Company and your Bargaining Committee was held. For our part, we maintained the firmness that has characterized us since the beginning of the negotiation process, demonstrating our commitment to reaching a Fair Contract and not reversing our acquired rights. The Company and your Bargaining Committee reached several tentative agreements that respond to Articles 13, 22 and a newly created Article referring to LOA 12.

            We have agreed to meet again tomorrow, March 16, 2023. This is not the time to let our guard down. We are heading towards a crucial stage in this negotiation process. The company knows that we are ready and that we are well aware that we are the WOW Factor of Liberty.

Let them know that the real RED TIDE is imminent!
