2023 DIRECTV Care and Distribution Center Bargaining Report #5 2/1/2023 

The Bargaining Committee met with the Company again this afternoon. We began the session by discussing the Company’s proposal to consolidate job titles to ensure we have a clear understanding of the Company’s intent. We also presented a proposal to provide employees with a link to access their Local Union website from the Company intranet. We continue to fight for job security, severance pay, call percentages, and work-from-home benefits that members have communicated are important to them and their families. The Company presented proposals to travel and additional language to define part-time employees, which we advised we would review.
