2023 DIRECTV Care and Distribution Center Bargaining Report #6 2/3/2023 

The Bargaining Committee continues to meet with the Company. This week the Company presented an offer to consolidate call center job titles that included an upgraded wage table. We remain in discussions on many issues the Company has presented proposals on and we will continue to review them over the weekend while we prepare additional proposals for Monday. The Committee has also spent significant time discussing the Company’s benefits package to make a counter-proposal that’s affordable for everyone. While we have begun to make some progress, it is clear we have very different beliefs on the economic value our members bring to the company. We appreciate the encouragement from all our brothers and sisters and thank each of you for your support as we strive for a fair and equitable contract. Mobilize! Mobilize! Mobilize!
