2023 Mobility Bargaining Report #7
2023 Mobility Bargaining Report #7 2/5/2023
This weekend your bargaining committee met with the company with many questions about the proposals passed over the last few days. Both parties are moving in the right direction in reference to mandatory overtime. The union presented wage proposals for our In-Home Experts and Virtual Sales Experts members. We continue to have lengthy discussions about our work-from-home members who may have internet outages, the need for more flexibility for vacation time for all job titles, and job security. The company and the union both agree that these are all important topics that need more time for discussion.
We continued to work throughout the weekend to review the data we received from the company and prepare additional proposals that would benefit our members. We ask that you please continue to mobilize, wear your RED, and as always. Stay union strong!!
In unity,
Your Bargaining Committee,
