Bargaining Report #7

Today, February 24th, 2023, your Bargaining Committee met with the Company with the intentions of reaching a fair contract, and with 24/7 availability to bargain. Your Committee submitted new proposals and counterproposals with the intentions of maintaining our earned benefits during past negotiations. We will not allow these benefits to be lost. 

            From their part, the Company submitted new proposals and counterproposals as well, which are under the Committee’s scrutiny. We were able to reach some tentative agreements that respond to Articles 8, 17 and 20. 

            We are very grateful to all members for their support to the mobilization, which has demonstrated UNITY and support to their Committee.

            Durante el día de hoy, 24 de febrero de 2023, su Comité Negociador se reunión con la Compañía con las intenciones de llegar a un acuerdo justo y con la disponibilidad de 24/7 para negociar. Su Comité sometió nuevas propuestas y contrapropuestas con las intenciones de mantener los beneficios adquiridos durante pasadas negociaciones. No permitiremos que estos beneficios se pierdan. 

            Por su parte, la Compañía sometió nuevas propuestas y contrapropuestas, las cuales actualmente se encuentran bajo el escrutinio del Comité. También hemos podido llegar a varios acuerdos tentativos que responden a los Artículos 8, 17 y 20. 

            Les agradecemos a toda la matrícula por su apoyo a la movilización que ha demostrado UNIDAD y apoyo a su Comité.
