CWA/AT&T Southeast Bargaining Report #46

Despite AT&T’s misleading propaganda, the last bargaining session with the company took place on Tuesday August 20th.  There have been no further meetings with AT&T’s full bargaining committee because the company failed to send someone to the bargaining table who has the authority to make decisions and reach an agreement.

The Union’s bargaining team, including the lead negotiator who has the authority to make decisions and to settle negotiations, remains in Atlanta and available to bargain but they need someone on the other side of the table who can actually bargain with them.

Because of AT&T’s unfair labor practices, our bargaining team will be on the picket lines with CWA members in Atlanta, until the company sends someone to the bargaining table with the authority to reach an agreement.
