Brothers and Sisters we met with the Company today and asked more questions surrounding their proposals and requested more data regarding healthcare. We passed proposals on overtime call out pay training differential, and schedule changes. The Company passed counter proposals on holidays and pensions.

The bargaining team met internal to discuss the counter proposals from the Company and decide what direction we are going in. We submitted counter proposal to the Company’s STD proposal and holiday proposal.

Both parties withdrew some proposals and submitted some counter proposals.

There is still a lot on the table and the Union cannot intelligently discuss proposal without the data that we have requested. Bargaining is moving slowly but none the less moving.
