Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Monday morning and afternoon to continue discussions. In the morning session the Union passed two new counter-proposals (Excused Days with Pay and Classification of Employees) to clarify or improve the language. The Company rejected the Unions proposal on At Risk Commission, and countered Union proposal on Absences.

The Union passed seven bargaining proposals to clarify or improve language in Article 2- Recognition and Establishment of the Unit, Article 14-Force Adjustment, Article 18-Union Activities, Article 21-Absences, Article 22-Vacation, A new Article 25 -Excused Days with Pay and New LOA Proposal on Health Care bargaining for Puerto Rico.
