Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Saturday to continue discussions. There was only one session at the afternoon. The Union Tentatively Agreed two Proposals, the first one was the Article 16, Safety and the second was the LOA on At-Risk Commission. Moreover the Union rejected the company?s regressive proposal on Benefits.

2015 AT&T PUERTO RICO MOBILITY BARGAINING REPORT #11

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Friday to continue discussions. There was only one session in the afternoon. We are too far away to reach a Tentative Agreement. Therefore, both parties agree to an extension to the current contract, meaning that the Collective Bargaining Agreement is still in effect.

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Thursday to continue discussions. There were two sessions, one in the morning and the other on the afternoon. The Union passed four counter proposals including Article 23 on Holiday, Article 19 on Basis of Compensation, Article 15 on Exchange Time and the Article 12 on Hour of Work.
