Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Wednesday to continue discussions. The Union passed several counter proposals including Arbitration, Recognition and Establishment, Excused Days With Pay, the MOU on Subcontracting, LOA on At-Risk, the Article 14 on Force Adjustment and a counter proposal on the Company?s counter proposal on Article 12 regarding Hours of Work.

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Monday morning and afternoon to continue discussions. In the morning session the Union passed two new counter-proposals (Excused Days with Pay and Classification of Employees) to clarify or improve the language. The Company rejected the Unions proposal on At Risk Commission, and countered Union proposal on Absences.
